MUMBAI: Datamatics Technologies has entered into a joint venture with Nasdaq-listed Cadmus Communications to form a new entity called KnowledgeWorks Global (KGL), in which Cadmus will own 80% and Datamatics 20%, reports Economic Times, a business daily in India. KGL is expected to close its first year of operations with revenues of $6m and revenues of $20m in its third year. Cadmus has more than 400 people working in India with Datamatics Technologies, and derives over 45% of its revenues from content services like editing, conversion of content and online peer review management services to scientific journals.
