DataAccess in pact with ITXC for international telephony services

NEW DELHI: DataAccess America Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Data Access (India) Ltd., has announced an interconnect agreement with ITXC Corp. (NASDAQ: ITXC), one of world's leading international voice carriers, as part of Data Access' strategy in the U.S. telecommunications market. According to the terms of the agreement, DataAccess will offer its customers international telephony services to and from the United States over ITXC's global Voice over IP (VoIP) network ITXC.net. This will enable DataAccess to provide international telephony solutions to over 175 countries. The interconnect agreement allows DataAccess America to terminate its traffic to all major international destinations using ITXC's global network. Also this allows ITXC to access DataAccess' global network to deliver high quality telephony services using Data Access' PoPs in London, New York, Hong Kong, and all major Indian cities. "Our international agreement with ITXC is an extension of our successful partnership that we have cherished together.
