Hands down, Mac OS Lion has the best graphics. The graphics on lion is simply incomparable to Windows 7. It is a visual treat to look at the icons and window elements. Lion makes much use of OpenGL libraries, which is widely used in console games. The movies and picture's quality is by far the best, one has ever experienced. Lion is definitely a lot better than Apple's Snow leopard OS. Speaking of Microsoft, Windows 7 runs far better graphics than Vista or XP, although, there is a variety of problems.
