Citigroup Sells 
22-Crore Worth Fortis Shares

Mumbai: Foreign fund house Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius Pvt Ltd today sold 25.55 lakh shares of hospital chain Fortis Healthcare for Rs 22 crore in the stock market.
Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius sold 25.55 lakh shares of Fortis for Rs 86.47 a piece through a bulk deal, according to the data available with the BSE.
As on September quarter, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius Pvt Ltd held 11,520,896 shares or 2.84% stake in Fortis.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 84.60 on the BSE, up 3.23% from the previous close.
