Cabinet approves SPV to fund infrastructure projects

NEW DELHI: The Union Cabinet today approved the establishment of a Special Purpose Vehicle for funding infrastructure projects.
The SPV will be known as "The India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited", Information and Broadcasting Minister S Jaipal Reddy said.
It would be a 100 percent state-owned company, he told reporters after the CCEA meeting here.
