CXO roundtable to discuss corporate governance issues

Corporate governance issues will be the agenda of this yearÂ’s CXO roundtable at the siliconindia Annual Conference on Saturday. The high-octane event will be moderated by Norwest Venture general partner, Promod Haque. This intense session will put into perspective issues like, what are the critical factors in running a succesful private/public company in these times, what are the issues in buying hesitancy, and what are the tools to overcome these hurdles, etc. Panelists are Gordon L.
