CDC Software gets recognition from Forrester Wave

Bangalore: After a thorough evaluation of 18 customer relationship management (CRM)solutions against 516 criteria speculating demands of large firms, the Forrester Wave has declared CDC Software Corporation among the top six vendors for the "CRM Suites for Midsized Organizations, Q2 2010."
In the "The Forrester Wave", "CRM Suites for Midsized Organizations, Q2 2010," conducted for 19 companies, CDC Software a hybrid enterprise software provider of on-premise and cloud deployments, featured among the seven vendors acknowledged for flexibility and quick implementation of solutions for the midmarket price.
The CDC Pivotal CRM 6.0 is modeled on Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 Windows 7, Windows Server, and Microsoft's SQL Server which offers task based navigation, engrafted Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Microsoft Office System 2007 applications.
The Pivotal CRM 6.0 is capable of effectively adapting to company specific business practices. Pivotal CRM features are updated with easy customization, enhanced searching and reporting capabilities, the flexibility to conform to a company's way of doing business and increase the workers productivity.
The Forrester Research reports that, "Pivotal's strengths include low license costs and strong sales force automation, marketing, customer data management, and internationalization capabilities.
