CDC-CRM unveils collection management solution for insurance market

Bangalore: CDC-CRM Solutions India, a provider of enterprise CRM and related solutions, has unveiled the CDC Collection Management solution for the insurance industry. The new solution manages the entire collection process - from the generation of automatic notifications all the way up to automating communication with customers and external collection agents. Notifications are sent to the customer via SMS, e-mail or via a phone call. All the processes involved such as delivering notifications, assigning renewal opportunities, monitoring performance, automatic reminders and communication with customers, external agents, are part of this solution. According to Gerald Prabhu, Chief Marketing Officer, CDC-CRM Solutions India, "Collection is a growing area of focus for Insurance companies in India as they start offering more complex products and more options to their customers. The automation will significantly reduce the amount of time and resources spent on the collection process. Also, it will make servicing a client simpler as the system has a database of the entire customer’s actions." The key benefits of the new solution include automating the collection process by creating a list of renewals due and allocate the renewals to specific teams. Customer communication is also allocated. Management of activities, such as creating a list of tasks and activities for the renewal team, are managed by the system. After every set of activities the system automatically schedules the next set of activities and it is equipped with a shared calendar where the whole renewal team can view and schedule activities.
