203: India Infoline

Bangalore: Following the positive performance on stock exchange by Indraprastha Gas, India Infoline has recommended buy rating on the stock with a target of 
203, in its December 14, 2009 report.
According to India Infoline research report, Indraprastha Gas has seen impressive volume in December 13 trading session and appears to have taken support between175-177 range. It could bounce till somewhere between 198-200 levels in the near term. The bullish formation is confirmed after the stock gave a close above its short-term moving averages with positive divergences in momentum oscillators. Any move above 190 could take the stock towards 200 and higher in the short-term. Traders are advised to maintain a stop loss of 181 and go long.
Indraprastha Gas is an India-based company. The company is engaged in retail gas distribution business of supplying compressed natural gas (CNG) to transport sector, piped natural gas (PNG) to domestic and commercial sectors and re-gassified liquid natural gas (R-LNG) to industrial sector. It is a joint venture between GAIL India and Bharat Petroleum. It supplies R-LNG to 15 industrial consumers in Delhi. As of March 31, 2009, the total number of CNG stations increased to 181, which included 79 mother stations, 52 online stations, 48 daughter booster stations and two daughter stations.

I don't think that its correct prediction. After seeing the performance of one day, one can't say that we should buy that very stock.
