Buy Aurobindo Pharma at 1167: KRChoksey

Mumbai: Expecting the sales to grow at a CAGR growth of 25 percent in the financiasl year (FY) 09-11E, KRChoksey has recommended to buy Aurobindo Pharma with a target of 1167, reports Moneycontrol.com.

The broking firm said, "We have positive view on the company mainly due to attractive valuations. The strong pipeline of products for approval as well the diversified product mix will act as the future growth driver of the company. We feel the stock has the potential to trade at higher levels and looking at the past trend we have taken an earnings multiple of 11x FY11E EPS of 104.4 to arrive at the target price of 1,167."

The broking firm has recommended buy on the stock with 12-month target price of 1,167. If the stock is bought at Thursday's closing price of 891, investor may get profito of 30 percent. Aurobindo Pharma is an integrated pharmaceutical company. The company has a product portfolio of over 250 finished dosage formulations and 200 active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) with product portfolio in life-style disease, anti- acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), anti-infectives and pain management with pediatric products and technologies.
