Blue Star MD steps down

BANGALORE: Parmod Bhalla, Managing Director of Blue Star Infotech (BSI), a software consultancy, design and development services firm, has resigned from his post, say sources. BSI, headquarterd in Mumbai, has said that it’s going to appoint the next CEO in its second quarter schedule in the next couple of days. The company is a part of the Blue Star group with revenues of $175 million and serves its global clientele through offices in California, New Jersey and Chicago in USA, London in UK and Helsinki in Finland. The company has a network of business associates in the USA, Continental Europe and Japan. BSI's software development centers in Mumbai and Bangalore have been assessed at SEI-CMMI Level 5/ ISO 9001.
