Sometimes a naive foot pain or leg pain can lead to a constant problem. As we all know walking is a good exercise and it can add better benefit to your health. But, what if walking provokes pain or a nagging exercise injury? If you treat them right, foots, the wonderful pieces of engineering, can give you years of service.

Here are some common foot problems you experience day to day life and the effective remedies for it.

Soreness and swelling on toes sides: There are chances for you to develop ingrown toe nails if you wear too tight or too short shoes. This can cause a repeated shock to toe nails while you walk. It can end up in a bleeding or fall off toe nail. You can avoid this by using toenail clippers to cut the corners of your nail instead of rounding the corners or providing squirm space in your shoes. You can also get the treatment done for your toenails by a podiatrist.

Heel and Lower calf pain: Too much of walking can irritate your Achilles tendon, which connects your calf muscle to heel. Walking up and down steep hills and repeated flexing can worsen the situation. You can avoid this issue by reducing your walking distance and alternating non-weight bearing activities like swimming or abs training. While you walk try to stick to a flat surface so that your legs will be in a neutral position and it won't hurt you much.

Feeling Tenderness on your heel or bottom of foot: Any abrupt change or increased normal walking regime can cause inflammation. People with high curves are mainly at risk. You should get appropriate treatment for the problem otherwise it will cause a built up of calcium growth called heel spur around the heel. Stiffness in the bottom of your foot is the first sign of this problem. As soon as you notice this problem you have to start with your own treatment which includes sitting with ankle of injured foot across opposite thigh. You can also wear supportive shoes and sandals with countered foot bed to avoid this problem.

Pain Between toes and Ball of your foot: It happens mainly because of the thickening of nerve near the toes. It will cause an unpredictable numbness, pain or tingling, this condition is known as Morton's neuroma. The symptoms are most common in women than men. You can get the treatment done by wearing roomier shoes or going for a surgery. And also, ladies should limit wearing high heels and pointed ones. Along with that try an OTC insoles or pads to reduce heaviness and take up shock.
