Barry Sethi appointed NetForensics CFO

EDISON, N.J: NetForensics, a provider of security information management software, announced that it has appointed Berry Sethi as chief financial officer. Commenting on the appointment, netForensics’ Chief Executive Officer Rajeev Khanolkar said, "After more than doubling our revenue in 2002, we are strengthening our management team. Berry’s background includes a history of financial and business successes that give him the expertise we are looking for to help us continue to aggressively grow the business, expand our offerings and achieve profitability.” In his new role, Sethi will oversee the company's financial operations, which include forecasting, banking relationships, payroll, cash flow, procurement, accounting, insurance, investor relations, and benefits. He most recently held the positions of CFO and VP of finance for Predictive Systems, which was acquired by International Network Services. Prior to joining Predictive, Sethi held a number of senior positions, including CEO of his own financial consulting company and assistant VP in charge of Global Expense Management at Bankers Trust. NetForensics has raised $20 million to date from Cisco Systems, Comcast Interactive Capital, the Feld Group, SoundView Ventures, and Storm Ventures.
