Aztec Software posts Rs 4.21 crore FY-03 net loss

BANGALORE: Aztec Software & Technology Services Ltd. has posted a consolidated net loss of Rs 4.21 crore for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2003, compared to a net profit of Rs 16.94 crore posted during the same period a year ago.
The company's total income dropped to Rs 48.68 crore for the period under review, compared to 79.82 crore posted during the same period a year ago, Aztec Software said in a release.
Aztec Software posted a consolidated net loss of Rs 2.88 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2003, compared to a net profit of Rs 62 lakh posted in Q4 a year ago. Meanwhile, the company's Indian arm posted a net loss of Rs 6.18 crore for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2003, compared to a net profit of Rs 13.7 crore for the same period a year ago.
Aztec Software posted a net loss of Rs 2.86 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2003, compared to a net loss of Rs 60 lakh posted during the same period a year ago, it added.
