BANGALORE: ContentKeeper Technologies, an Australia-based web-filtering solution provider, has tied up with Bangalore based Logix Microsystems. The partnership is purely a vendor-distributor agreement between the two companies allowing Logix to supply, commission and provide after sales support of the product to ContentKeeper’s customers in India. The company’s flagship web-filtering product, ContentKeeper (same as the company) is the second-generation web-filtering technology available as an appliance or installable software and is designed to assist organisations for better management of their user access to Internet resources. David Wigley, Managing Director and co-founder of ContentKeeper Technologies, said,"ContentKeeper allows organisations to manage, monitor and control user access to Internet resources. In today’s scenario organisations would like to be increasingly guarded against loss of employee productivity, bandwidth, and helps minimize legal issues, reduce virus vulnerabilities as well. Net Abuse and cyber slacking is becoming an important concern to be dealt with, but while doing so care is taken not to stifle users productive work environment. After all the net is still an important source for knowledge and opportunity". ContentKeeper is also scalable and is informed to handle sites from 25 users up to thousands of users. The system is designed to accommodate high volume, fault-tolerant, high availability, load-balanced environments as well as small office or school sites.
