Asyst Technologies says CFO Ribar resigns

LOS ANGELES: Asyst Technologies Inc, a maker of equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing, on Tuesday said Geoffrey Ribar, chief financial officer, is leaving the company to pursue personal and business interests. The company, based in Fremont, California, said it has begun a search for a new CFO. Ribar will remain with the company during the transition.
