Singhvi has over 30 years of experience in Corporate sector, out of which 22 years were spent with Ambuja Cements. A Chartered Accountant,Singhvi played a defining role in making of Ambuja Cements. The company rose from being less than a million tonne to 17 million tonnes company, spread over 10 locations. This growth included both organic and inorganic and Ambuja rose to become leader in cement industry in India. Singhvi is on the Boards of various companies, some of which are Hindustan Construction, HCC Infrastructure, Camlin and many others. Apart from the corporate world, Singhvi is also involved with philanthropy and is closely associated with SAMPARC - a non government organization. He is also on the Indian Advisory Board of Habitat for Humanity.
