Allsec Technologies to buy Philippine BPO company

Chennai: Allsec Technologies has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shareholding of Kingdom Builders, a company in the Philippines engaged in BPO operations.
The total cost of acquisition would be around $1.5 million.
Allsec Technologies is a third-party BPO Company offering voice and non-voice services on a blended delivery platform.
It posted net sales of more than 
1.1 billion in financial year 2006-07 and its profit after tax for the fiscal was 281.35 million.
Balancing rapid growth with an expansion in service offering, Allsec is known for its expertise in the domains of BFSI (banking, financial services and insurance), tech support, quality assurance and HR processing.
