Allsec Technologies to acquire B2K

BANGALORE: Chennai based Allsec Technologies Ltd., a business process outsourcing firm, said it would acquire 100 percent stake in B2K Corp., a business services firm. Allsec Technologies did not say how much it would pay for Bangalore-based B2K Corp. Allsec Technologies is a BPO company providing support services for in-bound customer care, technology helpdesk, and outbound tele-services including sales, collections, lead generation and market research. Former Karnataka IT secretary Vivek Kulkarni is the CEO of B2K Corp.
