Alcatel launches BPO software solutions

MUMBAI:French Telecom major Alcatel today announced the launch of specialized software for the call center industry through its group company Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories.
The software, according to Alcatel will help call center industry in operating across geographic boundary as well as provide better profit margins.
Ad Nederlof, chairman of Genesys Telecommunications laboratory said, "It's a pleasure to be here to witness the dynamic Indian contact centre market. India is a vital market for Genesys."
