Aditi's BOT initiative results in Omnicell India subsidiary

BANGALORE: Aditi Technologies, outsourced product development company, announced the successful transition of their BOT (Build Operate Transfer) initiative resulting in the India subsidiary of Omnicell Inc., provider of patient safety solutions. Omnicell initiated a two-year BOT relationship with Aditi Technologies to contribute to the core development of its leading patient safety solutions. A core team from Aditi was responsible for training and building the Omnicell team of 40, involved nurturing the team in domain expertise and software development. “Aditi's BOT business model has ensured a highly talented workforce that will help us meet our research and development and quality assurance goals, contributing to the accomplishment of Omnicell's business objectives,” said Christopher Drew, executive vice president, Omnicell.
