Adapt launches new software for Indian SMEs

NEW DELHI: Adapt Software IAP India Private Limited, the Indian arm of U.S.based CRM major ADAPT Software Applications, Inc., has launched a powerful quotation management system - Quotation Pro+.
It is a perfect tool that small and medium business can use to assemble orders quickly and generate quality looking sales quotes and proposals on-demand for complex products. This enhances the proposal and quoting management practices as it minimizes the iterative work and the associated time-wastage. As a result, the sales force can now focus more on business development rather than generating quality proposals and quotes.
The Quotation Pro+ module allows them to convert their quotations to invoices, price lists, catalogues and more as and when required at the click of a button. Existing invoices can be used to generate new quotes for repeat business or similar orders. They can write, view, print and email their quotations with complete ease for they are generated in MS Word, PDF or HTML format. Further, text lines, terms and conditions etc., can also be added to explain the offer, set discounts, surcharges or apply freight charges. One can apply a discount using a percentage, or a fixed amount.
