93 percent Indian employees ready to work abroad
New Delhi: Nearly 93 percent Indians are willing to work overseas over the next decade against a global average of just 50 percent, a report has revealed. According to a report by consulting firm PicewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), "93 percent Indians belonging to a demographic group called millennials are ready to work outside their home country during their career."

India is followed by South Africa and Turkey where around 92 percent and 90 percent people, respectively, wanted to work abroad, reports PTI. While the Netherlands has the least (about 62 percent) number of people who want to work outside their native country. The report is based on the trend data regarding international assignments for 900 companies, population data and the opinions of both CEOs and workers around the globe.

Interestingly, about 70 percent people globally, expect to use non-native languages in their careers and 94 percent believe they would work across geographic borders more than their parents did. The report also revealed a trend in which international assignees from India and China are returning home to exploit emerging opportunities with their new-found skills in their countries of origin.

"Global mobility is an obvious solution, especially for transnational companies, cost and regulatory pressures as well as the need for new skills in the post-recession era will pose challenges to HR. Innovative and cost-effective solutions and training in cross-cultural sensitivity and behaviours will be the key to success," People and Change practice of PwC India Leader Sankar Ramamurthy said.

1: There are different reasons in different nations that prompt the citizens to move out. As for most Indians, it is a case of escaping a satanic situation, which is rapidly rushing into terribler conditions. The majority see and understand it.
As for the South Africans, the situation is more desperate, with the national administration now in the hands of persons who have no real right to rule quality-wise, other than what modern democracy has lent to exploding populations.
As to Indians in English nations, returning home, there are a few different reasons, but the mentioned one here is connected to the fact that the English nations in their heights of supreme idiocy have allowed them inside the reaaches of their nations. Modern technology now allows them to go back home and still make fiancial ventures using the wizardry that currency rate difference create. A single dollar can give him around 50 rupees, and a single pound around Rs. 80. Any man sitting in such a vantage point can literally create financial miracles.
