Bangalore: Steve Job, who along with Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne co-founded Apple in 1976, was arguably the greatest technology business leader of our times.
The principles that he brought into Apple were one of the reasons for the huge success that the company has enjoyed.
Apple under Steve Jobs believed in respecting and giving freedom to its employees as much as the expectations of hard work and innovation. He was an epic leader and the trust and rapport that he built among his employees and the relationship that he enjoyed with his various teams were indeed praiseworthy.
With the resignation of Steve Job, Tim Cook who is to fill his huge shoes has a great task ahead.
