Yahoo's Executive Vice-President Ross Levinsohn has been working for the company since October 2010. Earlier, he worked as a managing director in his co-founded company Fuse Capital, a digital media and communications investment fund. He was involved as a strategist in helping News Corporation to acquire Myspace in 2005, an achievement that eventually failed. Considered to be closely associated with the world of new media, Ross is said to have learnt a lot from his past mistakes with what he did at Myspace. Presently, he serves Timothy Morse on an executive leadership council, which can be seen as a small step towards the top job.
