6 Top Tech CEOs Who Lead By Fear

#5 Larry Ellison:

Larry Ellison is co-founder and CEO of Oracle Corporation. He is popular for promising the products with features which did not exist and then demand the developers to bring the same to reality or face consequences. With such adamant and ‘not easily satisfied’ attitude he could turn in to employees’ nightmare.

A biographer called him "modern day Genghis Kahn".

He's known for his incredibly aggressive, hostile maneuvers; like taking over ‘Of Peoples Soft’ company, Ellison pre announced 5,000 firings and repeatedly insulted its CEO.

#4 Mark Pincus:

Mark is the founder, CEO and chief product officer of Zynga, which develops online social games. Though he seems to be very “sociable” especially in the games he develops. The fun ends there.

Deadbooks’s Evelyn Ruseli describes that Zynga is not all fun and games and that Pincus obsessively tracks analytics for all staff, sets harsh deadlines, and aggressively pushes his employees to meet them.

According to analyst Michael Pachter, Pincus is "driven to the point of a madman."
