Lenovo India appoints Jaivinder Singh Gill as Executive Director
Mumbai: Lenovo India has announced the appointment of Jaivinder Singh Gill as the company's Relational Business Head. Jaivinder will be responsible for Business Development and Sales for the Mid market and Enterprise business portfolio and will be based in Lenovo's Gurgaon office. He will oversee new avenues in these ever-evolving business segments and will be instrumental in building the Relational business for Lenovo India. He comes with over 17 years of industry experience – having worked in varied roles including Sales & Marketing, Operations, Quality, Transition, and Finance & Accounting.
Prior to joining Lenovo India, Jaivinder was Director - Sales and Operations Excellence at Dell India. At Dell, he successfully ramped up the company's Delhi operations and managed the talent pool & training of employees. He was also responsible for planning, executing & implementing business plans and strategies to deliver Revenue and Margin results & developing a strong management team. In addition, Jaivinder has been associated with other companies including ATS Services India, American Express (India) and Samtel Color in varied roles and responsibilities.
Announcing the appointment, Amar Babu, Managing Director, Lenovo India said "Lenovo stands to gain tremendous value from Jaivinder's sound industry experience and we are sure that he will lead his business units to new and unexplored heights."
