Ansal Housing bags $12 Mn order
Lucknow: Ansal Housing and Construction have bagged contracts worth Rs.485 million from the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) for a housing project.
The company will construct 2,352 houses for the economically weaker sections of the society under the 'Manyavar Kanshi Ram Ji Nagar Awas Yojna'.
"The project is to construct two-room apartments for the economically weaker sections (of society) at Ashiyana colony in Lucknow," said Subodh Sinha, an official of the Ansal Housing and Construction.
The construction work is likely to be completed by next year.
"We have acquired 400 acres of land from LDA and are planning major expansion in Lucknow and adjoining areas. We are coming up with one project on Deva road and are also planning an integrated township on Kanpur Road," he added.
