L&T secures $86 Mn project from Power Grid
Mumbai: Engineering and construction major Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) has bagged orders worth Rs.3.44 billion from the Power Grid Corporation of India for the construction of transmission lines in Maharashtra.
The project, to be executed by L&T's Engineering, Construction & Contracts Division (ECC), involves survey, fabrication and supply of towers and erection of 400 kv direct current transmission lines in Maharashtra, said a press release.
The project will be completed within 30 months.
