3i Infotech buys SDG Software

MUMBAI: ICICI Bank owned software company 3i Infotech Ltd Friday said that it has acquired Hyderabad based software products maker SDG Software Technologies. It did not indicate the cost of the acquisition. SDG, which focuses on software for the banking industry and the capital markets especially used for surveillance and fraud management, has annual revenue of about $2.27 million and 125 employees.
