2. Macs Do Not Get Viruses

For many years, Technology Giant Apple claimed on its website that Macs were better than Windows machines since they were not vulnerable to viruses like PCs were.

But the time changed and in June, Apple updated its website removing the claim of malware immunity due to an ongoing wave of viruses attacking the Mac OS. The security experts at Sophos lately found that 2.6 percent of Macs that had downloaded a virus-checker were actually infected with malware. It seems like there may be a business in anti-virus software for the Mac too.
