10 Most Intelligent People

Bangalore: Intelligence is a person’s capacity to acquire and apply knowledge and engage in abstract reasoning. Learning, understanding, planning, communication, emotional intelligence, problem solving, creativity, memory, reaction time, visual processing are various traits and abilities of intelligence. It’s a power of one’s intellect and is a very important aspect of one’s well-being.

Intelligence varies from person to person due to various reasons, such as genetic or environmental. Some are clever but cannot learn well, some are of average intelligence but become creative thinkers and leaders because of good learning power. But there are some exceptions that are omnipotent with a high IQ. Some of these exceptions of the world are as follows:

1. Kim Ung-Yong:

Born on 8th March, 1962, this Korean super-genius was a child prodigy. The 49-year old man has the “Highest IQ” of 210, as recorded by “Guinness Book of World Records”. He could speak at the age of 2 months, could converse fluently at 6 months; was a guest student of Physics at ‘Hanyang University’ at 3 and by 4 he was able to read Japanese, Korean, German and English. At his fifth birthday, he could solve complicated differential and integral calculus problems. At the age of 7 he was invited to America by NASA. He worked there for 10 years and he calls the time spend there as his lonely years.

Kim Says, “At that time, I led my life like a machine. I woke up, solved the daily assigned equation, ate, slept, and so forth. I really didn’t know what I was doing, and I was lonely and had no friends.” Hence later he came back to Korea and completed his elementary, high-school and middle school with-in 2 years. He then obtained a Ph. D. in Physics from ‘Colorodo State University’ and is now working in a business planning department at Chungbuk Development Corporation.
