I don't believe this... Wipro and Birla group in top ... is this report biased... is it from employer prespective or employe prespective...
being from employee prespective, i had the worst experience with birlasoft, a birla grp IT company... getting my dues cleared from the so reported as top employer and few are amount is still pending with them and i have no hope to get it...

This is rediculous rating wipro should not be in the list wipro harrasses the employee the system is so perthetic it is worst place on the planet to work where there is no value for knowledge and talent. That is the reason why it is going down and I have no doubt there wont be much time when it would be broke out like satyam as the internal system is really the worst in the world where permanant people will be on bench after project is over and again they have to go for an interview and they are being force fully push to the different domain where they are not interested.

Wipro one among the top 10 Employers..... Hahaha.... Silicon India has got some wrong guys doing research. A company with a lot of Bureaucracy makes the good, honest and loyal guys to go other places for employment.

I will not agree, Wipro is one of the best company in our country and i have worked for the company more than 3 years, it encourages us to grow, establish new ideas and also it gaves us job security. If you see TCS or Infosys they are only for profit not employees safety, Wipro provides lot of job opportunities for those who are intelligent and cam from poor background and the culture in Wipro also very nice. hatts off to Wipro

You surprised me Rajkumar. Better you do your analysis once again and then say this. Its the worst company which works without ethics and that is why now they are at number 4 in India. And also what does poor background means. There is nothing like this in IT. Everyone is treated same in IT. If in Wipro u guys know each other's background then God save Wipro.
