5. Rodrigo Rato

Former President, Bankia

Rodrigo Rato served the Minister of Spain from 1996-2004. He was also associated with the International Monetary Fund as Managing Director from 2004-2007.

He sold bank shares to more than 300,000 small investors. A majority of his customers were bank clients.

This resulted to a heavy loss. The estimated amount of loss is 3 billion Euros. He stepped down from the bank. Several investigations are yet to get solved.

6. Ronald Johnson

Former CEO, JC Penney

Ron Johnson was working with Apple Inc. He served Apple as the Senior Vice President of Retail Operation. He is considered to be one of the leaders, who pioneered Apple Retail Stores.

He joined the JC Penney in 2000.

The company started losing money abundantly. Its stock price also suffered a heavy amount of degradation. Failure to regain the profit level of the company, the CEO resigned from the company.
