Bangalore : Hebbal in North zone of Bangalore is emerging as one of the top destination for property investors not only in Bangalore all over the country. As per the present scenario, the top destination expects to see a maximum appreciation of about 94% by the year 2017. There are many IT/ITES, BPO centers, aerospace companies are coming up in Bangalore city which covers a 44.4% million sq ft of space. A majority is expected to be in Hebbal. The prices may reach Rs 8.230 per sq ft in the future. Present property ranges are Rs 4300 to 5000 per sq ft. Local real estate agents believe that the shortage of space for IT hubs in Bangalore will push buyers to move on to areas like Hebbal. Knight Frank Research stated that the North Bangalore witness a supply of 10,000 residential units by the end of this year.

It comes under the north zone of Bangalore, which has recently emerged as a hot destination for property investors. Hebbal location holds immense potential in terms of real estate development. It is widely famous for Hebbal Lake and well known for the meandering mazes of flyovers that associate the Outer ring Road & Bellary Road National high way 7 and mile stone away from Baptist Hospital and check post.
