Indian Developers to Participate in Property Show in London

Bangalore: To look at investment opportunities in India, more than 20 India-based real estate developers will partake in property show in London. The property show called “India U Realty show: Unlock the potential of India real estate" is a two day property show that will draw together people including high net worth non-resident Indians (NRIs) and persons of Indian Origins (PIOs) in London, reports Dileep Athavale of TNN.

A London-based property investment company, Unesta is organizing this exhibition and is taking place in Wembley, London on October 6th and 7th of 2012.

According to Unesta’s statement, this property show is aiming to build an effective podium of interaction, understanding and collaboration for prospective home buyers or investors in London as well as real estate developers of India. Over 20 prominent real estate developers from India including Total Environment, Godrej, G Corp, Adani, Wadhwa, Ansal API and Kolte Patil Developers will assemble in the show to make it one of the exclusive property shows for NRIs in London. However, this event will display luxury projects for NRI community staying in London, under the category of residential, commercial and warehouse. Besides, around 3,000 visitors are expected to accumulate in this property event.
