Godrej Properties launches Townhomes in Bengaluru

Bangalore : Godrej Properties Ltd.  the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, today announced the launch of Townhomes at Godrej Gold County (GGC), Tumkur Road, Bengaluru. Spread over approximately 1.6 acres, there will be only 22 exclusive town homes on offer. These town homes will be part of Godrej Gold County, which also includes 87 villas in a beautiful natural setting. Godrej Gold County has been recognised as one of the top 100 projects in India by Realty Plus and as 'Luxury Villa Project of the Year- West Bangalore' at the Bangalore Real Estate Awards.

Customers can choose these contemporarily designed townhomes ranging in size from 243 sq.mt. to 355 sq.mt. (2,616 sq. ft. to 3,816 sq. ft.) and at prices starting from 1.7 crores. Every townhome enjoys a large private garden, dedicated private parking, and an expansive terrace deck.
