Bangalore : Facebook’s Co founder Mark Zukerberg – 30 year old billionaire has spent over $100 million to obtain two gigantic, adjacent chunks of land on Kauai’s North Shore - the most seasoned of the main Hawaiian Islands to build a 700 acre solitary asylum for his family, Forbes magazine reported.The first acquisition is the Pila’s Beach, a private 393 acre land parcel with a dazzling and private white sand beach which was possessed by Pfleunger properties, a Hawaii Ltd organization belonging to Jim Pfleuger, a retired local Honda dealer.

The Pila’s Beach property comprises of five separate parcels, each which could be created into private homes, the Forbes report added.The second procurement is the adjacent Kahu’aina plantation, a 357 acre former sugarcane plantation that has been off and on the market for a couple of years and this is utilized as a holiday spot, it added.

Mark Zukerberg purchased Kahu’aina plantation from California based Falko Partners, belonging to a Hawaii land owner named Larry Bowman with a net worth of $32.2 billion, Zuckerberg has paid a reported $66 million for the 357 acre Kahu’aina plantation on Kauai’s North Shore and he purchased $ 49.6 million worth 350 adjacent acres at Pila’s Beach.
