Bangalore:  Above 50 per cent of Bengaluru State government encroached land will regularized as Minister for Revenue V. Srinivas Prasad had visited the KPCC on Thursday.

He also recommended that, approximately 7.45 lakh acres of land would be regularized against 13 lakh or more sections of land infringed upon in the State. A total of 1,700 assessors has been chosen and posted in all districts. Furthermore, licensed inspectors have additionally been allowed for the assessment area to clear “podi” terrains. In addition, 36 surveyors have been posted to Bengaluru Rural district to make progress on encroached land where all those who have encroached land in Bengaluru Urban district would be booked under the law.
