Are You Aware of Factory-Made Homes In India?
Bangalore: Builders are now adopting a new concept of ‘factory-made homes’ which uses pre-fabricated technique to construct houses in India. This new technique is likely to rise with the soaring demand in housing and buyers’ concern towards advanced technology, which will boost their lifestyle in today’s date.
In this era, people seek quality lifestyle and they are shifting to ‘ready-made’ options like ready-made modular kitchens and bathrooms, rather than the conventional techniques. Similarly, people would get ready-made houses which can be assembled on their plot using pre-fabricated techniques and software made designs.
Real estate players are now playing with pre-fabricated structure and materials for construction, leaving behind the traditional ‘brick and mortar’ way of construction, reports Pritam P Hans of Business Today.
The concept is likely to gain popularity as builders believe that pre-fabricated way of construction will be accepted by most of the buyers as it consumes less time for construction, which would lead to on-time delivery of properties. As, on-time delivery of properties is crucial for both builders and buyers.
