8 Top Indian Cities Offering Housing within 30-50 Lakh

BANGALORE: The increasing urban planning in Indian cities has taken the budgets for real estate to staggering levels. Not many cities in India now offer affordable housing and it seems a far-fetched dream to own a property in most of the metro cities.

Along with the boom in the commercial real estate sector, budgets for personal housing are also shooting high. Over the past few years the real estate landscape has witnessed spatial transition and that has also led to consistent rise in the budget of the properties.

However, as per a recent report from JLL, a property consultant, there are still some Indian cities that offer housing in very affordable prices. The following is the list of cities in India where one can afford properties within a budget of -30-40 lakhs, reports Financial Express.
