1949 2) ABOUT EMPLOYER: TATA ROBINS FRESER LTD. (T.R.F.LTD), a
Tata group of company is engaged in design, manufacturing and
commissioning of various equipment in the field of bulk-materials
handling and mineral processing, since 1963. It manufactures
various bulk material handling and mineral processing equipments,
like vibrating equipments (screen & feeder), crusher, feeders,
belt conveyors, side discharge loaders, wagon loaders. This
company has also experience in Port & Yard equipments viz,
stacker and recliner, special belt conveyors like steep angle
conveyor, high rise conveyors etc. 3) ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE:- I
have been working with M/s T.R.F Ltd. since 1969 in system
engineering, HME, product engineering department. Presently I am
Assst. Manager (Engineering) since August 2008 in product
engineering department. My little contribution in the equipments
mentioned in para “EQUIPMENT KNOWN” is as follows : a) To
assist marketing department technically during tender/enquiry
stage for making estimates and confirmation of technical data
collected from various installations. b) Preparation of G.A Drg.
& detail manufacturing drawing. c) To select drive viz. power
requirement, Gearbox,Couplings, Chain drive Belt-drive
etc. d) To visit workshop during manufacturing and
assembly. e) To visit site during erecting and commissioning of
equipments. f) To co-ordinate customer drawing and supplier
drawing(s) during layout of equipment. g) To attend customer
complain meeting, if any and carried out corrective action to
short out any trouble. h) To prepare maintenance, operation and
installation manual(s) of Tripper Shuttle conveyor, Mobile
hopper,belt feeder etc
