My role model
I would like to answer you this question in the following way.( You are free to accept it or reject it, but this one comes straight from my heart.
I always believed in God.Jesus has always been my first role model. He has been my inspiration and my strength I also know that God sends instruments/ Mentors in our lives so that we may learn from them and do all that He wants us to do.
Accordingly in my Corporate life, Mr.A.G.Krishnamurthy- ex CMD of Mudra Communications, has been a person who supported me and gave me endless opportunities to excel while I was in Mudra.I do incorporate some of those experiences I had at Mudra,in my sessions and workshops today.
Secondly, Bishop Agnelo Gracias - Bishop of Mumbai., he has truly made a difference in my life both personally and spiritually. I started looking at life in a different perspective.Incidentally, it was he who wrote the foreword for my book- "The Inward Journey-Reflections." Bishop is my Mentor even today.

Important decision
Changed careers and even fields of specialization. I have worked in various fields such as Advertising, Marketing, Human Resources, Entrepreneur, Mentoring and now as an Author.

Ensuring success
I am moving forward. I have recently published a book entitled; "The Inward Journey - Reflections". Why worry what others think of you? Should you have more confidence in their opinions than yours? The book helps one to discover true happiness by discerning and discovering one's own identity,talents and the 'will' to live happily.
I conduct various motivational sessions. These sessions not only helps one to stay focussed in life but also makes one move ahead with confidence.In order that one may benefit from my sessions, I use many testimonies and case studies.It has helped the person to understand that nobody is flawless and that one should never to give up. I believe God always helps those who help themselves.He is the source of all things.Spending some "silent moments" with God has given me great strength and confidence to achieve my goals. I believe in taking risks in life.I am open to challenges cos' Great challenges makes life interesting and overcoming them makes life meaningful

Publishing more books.

Would like to venture out and get more involved in social work., probably open up a shelter home.

Thoughts on Education system of our country
Should be more value based. Need to incorporate in the curriculum, mutual respect for all. We should teach our future generations that, hardwork, honesty and perseverance coupled with discipline in life, always pays.
Important lesson learned
Yes, there are many. I list a few of them.
1. No problem lasts forever.Difficult situations often bring out the best in us.All our expriences can help us grow.
2.Your journey is not supposed to be easy, it's supposed to be worth it.There is no perfectly smooth road to any place worth going.
3.Holding on to what is comfortable may be the very reason you often feel like something is missing in your life. Consider new ventures in your life as opportunities that will take you forward.
4.If you have the courage, commitment and disciplne, you can transform this world.
5.The struggle that you face today is actually developing the strength you need to face tomorrow.You are stronger than you think, so never give up.
6.If you avoid people because of their weaknesses and shortcomings, I am afraid this world will become a lonely place for you.
7. Thank God at all times and try and do your best to make this a great day.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader
Patience, understanding, listening,willing to take up new challenges and risks,an able colloborator, accepting others weaknesses and shortcomings, willing to change the idea or strategy if a better one is put forth. Above all, he has to humble yet positive in his approach.Must connect with God on a daily basis.
My strongest skill
My Ability to adapt to changes and learn new things.My willingness to take on new challenges and also help people to succeed in life.I feel that failures teach us how to move ahead in our future ventures successfully.Never give up.
Brief description about me
I have been in the Corporate Industry for well over 3 decades.Recently, Authored a book entitled:"The Inward Journey - Reflections". Presently, I am a Mentor and a Motivational speaker.I conduct sessions and workshops for the Corporate Industry.You may call it a change of Paradigmn,for the past 12 years, I have been involved in conducting retreats youth and Adults across the Archdiocese of Mumbai.I love to see people smile and live their lives to the fullest. I am married with four children and I live in the city of Mumbai.
