I always want to become a Role Model to some one and the Person who inspires me and encouraged me in Always is My DAD.
Working Life Management:
I understand there is a Small Gap and thin line between Work and Personal Life, First thing i do is i never mix these two things, i plan in such a way that there wont be any overlap between these two things and also first thing is i always leave my Work related things at Work Place only.
The Journey So Far:
Like i said, I started my Career in Yahoo Inc, it was my first interview and 13 people interviewed face to face, i was selected on the basis of my Confidence, moved to FTC, DOL and Joined Keane, now Moved to India Started my Own firm with all my experience and good will , its been a good move for me

I play multiple roles as of now i am the CFO of Vasyaa BI Solutions & Services at the same time, i am working as a Sr. Program Manager at NTT data, i would say youngest Program Manager in NTT Data, I manage most of the BI related projects, which involves client negotiation, RFP's, Implementation.
Advice For New Professionals:
The advice i can give is, from my experience, Practical knowledge and confidence is more important then Book knowledge and Percentages, the corporate world is now coming up with some many options for Young Grads, they should have certain road map about there career.
Growth Strategy:
I follow simple logic Leader always has to Lead his team and the Company, Get sync with the technologies and be up to date with the new Enhancements happening around the IT industry, I follow one thing Your growth is always directly proportional to your Effort and Development goes along with Growth
Prized Accomplishment(s):
First thing is Youngest program Manager in NTT Data, Owner of a Software Firm , Wrote a book on BI in the year 2007, became inspiration for so many young grads, showed opportunities for several people, always i shared my knowledge which i gained from my experience and Exposure with people.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
I would say there is lot of change one thing i can tell is now Knowledge is more important then Experience, and another thing is What you know is important its not like how much You know is not Important
Career Profile:
Like i said, Previously i was more of a Software engineer role, now i am more into a Management side, i see lot of difference, i already said the effort which i put gave me better results, Now more into the Client and customer facing, previously i was more into Computer Facing..!!
Plans For The Future:
I dont want to be some where in couple of years, i want to be in a situation to provide employment opportunities to young grads, giving them an oppurtunity to work with my Dream Project.. VASYAA
Required Reading:
The First thing i would say is If some one is interested in certain industry first study that industry, see most of the videos on YouTube which takes about that industry or technology, coming to personality development, i would recommend everyone to read " The MONK WHO SOLD HIS OLD FERRARI"
Done Differently:
Train Young Grads... ! Make them mold them into Future Leaders.
