Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I come from a family that has its root in village. My father has been through all walks of life, from student politics being a law student then working in a newspaper and finally settling as an entrepreneur. My mother currently a house wife, also taught at some leading schools of her city.
Growth Strategy:
Innovation is definitely the only differentiating factor that can propel you as a leader but to maintain it one needs perseverance. Believing in this and my ideas I strive to strengthen my ideas by continually improving them and getting expert guidance through different channels.
Other Thoughts:
For me being an entrepreneur is by choice and not by chance or circumstances as sometimes people may think. My advice to all young entrepreneurs - once you are confident of what you are doing and have believe that it will create a difference to someone, something, someplace then please dont give up.
The Journey So Far:
Got out of college in july 2011, with a dream to start my own venture, got the blueprint ready in 6th semester. After college parents forced to take up a job to have some experience in the meantime I was bootstrapping when got my offer letter for Business Analyst. Worked there for 7 months, now ...

Stay Hungry Stay Foolish by Rashmi Bansal, Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson, Siliconindia, Yourstory.in. Be well read and aware of whats happening in your industry. Watch movies, serials talk to young people extract trends from them.
Career Profile:
My sole responsibility as of now is to get from bootstrapping to an established setup.
Working Life Management:
When you are doing what you love there is nothing to manage or balance, it just flows.
Plans For The Future:
A satisfied entrepreneur with a company that is making substantial growth.
Done Differently:
When I see back I find all the dots connecting perfectly, going to an engineering college meeting different kind of people from different places, daring to take odd step and determination to walk those steps. It all gives me immense motivation keep my journey on, there is still a long way to go :)

Be focused and never fear of what people will say have faith in your thoughts and idea but always be logical and calculative in every step that you take.
