Current job profile
I started off my career in building the Testing service line from scratch, now we are over 500 plus testing resources; I current head the testing service line for a vertical.

 
Leadership qualities
Well, a good leader should have a focused Mission, Vision and Goal. Supplement to this is the team building, good interpersonal skills and the last but not the least is a good communications skills.

I am having my Mission, Vision and Goal quite focused. I certainly encourage the team, right talent is well spotted and appreciated.

My advice is to be focused and work towards the goal, he / she possesses.

Well, in my style I would mix up the profession and personal at times during the team building, so that we do the right connect.
 

 

 
Influenced by
The one person influenced is my father at home, and couple of senior colleagues; I see them, they do not lose heart even when there is a turbulence in the job at times, they remain calm/composed and would come as fresh as ever the next day morning.
Handling grievance
Grapevine or gossip is unavoidable in the corporate environment.I would handle the situation by trying to eliminate the uncertainty, collect the data from different sources by being a good listener, analyse and build a story and then communicate to the rest of the team very effectively.

Important decision
When it comes to career decisions, I would go by the trends and the current companies movement, then work towards fitting along side.
My view on India technology development
In our country, the last two decades, we have seen more growth in the service line. Hence the tech products do not fall in place effectively. The promoters of the tech product, should have a clear plan, vision on the product sustenance lifecycle. It takes quite a bit of iterations to sustain, hence the promoters and senior management need to cushion out that kind of time and obviously money.

 
Family background
Well, my family background is good. Have a wife, she works for a software giant in the embedded system technical writing domain. Have two sons, studying in the pre-university.
