Family background

I hail from Jodhpur , Rajasthan and completed my schooling and college from there only, Father a retired Police personnel , we are total 5 brothers and sisters. Younger brother is practicing with Rajasthan High Court and mother is home maker, i am married to Radha Saraswat from Kolkata and i am blessed with two sons called Veer (7 years) and Dhruv (1 year)

Account Vs Finance

Accounts have to do with the daily records of financial activities of an organization while Finance is the management of funds ranging from the sourcing for funds to the usage of funds and also control of cash outflows.

An excellent track record with 15+ years of experience with corporate like Citi Group,Tata, VSNL, YOU Telecom India Pvt. Ltd, Shyam Telelink ltd. ,ICICI.
Exposure of different markets like Mumbai, Pune ROM, MP, Rajasthan and Gujarat

This is backbone for any organization and play key role to roll out any plans of future and lay the foundation as this should be very healthy to run any place smoothly and required thorough understanding and skilled man power to handle this vertical

What are your thoughts on education system in India. What measures to be taken into consideration to improve its quality?

I feel we do not take into consideration of holistic approach for teaching methodology at any place rather we just produce bookish mugged generations who are well equipped with all the theoretical things but never exposed to reality and here they fail post their MBAs and Graduation degree when they start working and the entire Eco system is like an alien for them.

Important lesson learned

I have learned one thing out of my 15 years of work, only smart work takes you ahead, gone are the days of hard work, now we all are in hurry and we must know how to save time and get best results out of given resources.

CEO of any MNC and to be successful one with all walks of life.

Do Only the Work That Matters:- we all have limited time and we must prioritize our time and life, we can't do all things in one go, multitasking is old fashioned now, lets be realistic and specialist for few things and give time to family and friends, they all will stand with you when you retire.

I learn, re-learn and De-learn at all the stages of my life, i drop all my fears when it comes to learn from anyone at the cost of me moving ahead in my life. i keep myself updated about all possible ways and try to absorb from all the walks of my life.

Advice to young professionals

Be sincere and sincere to your self, do not change too often specially in the early days of your career and open down your journey for few couple of years from now and take baby steps to achieve them.

Important decision

I left home early and missed all those party which my same group pals used to have back home at my home town, i took this major decision hence i am today because i sacrificed all those things which i can do now. I always chose unconventional path which was rejected by my line mangers but i made the change.
