interviews,interacting with the clients, attending the client
meetings To understand the requirements and specifications given
by the client thoroughly Searching for the profiles of the
candidates using the Portals, Job Posting, Mass Mailing
Short-listing the profiles found suitable for the requirement.
To have the initial telephonic conversation with the
candidates. To check whether the candidate is suitable for the
position and to gather personal, as well as professional
information. Once the candidate is found suitable for the
requirement, his/her profile has to be forwarded to the client
with all the preliminary information gathered from the candidate.
Coordinating with the clients& candidates and arranging the
schedules for Technical & the HR interviews and make the
necessary arrangements on need basis. Negotiating with the
clients and candidates in case of any compensation issue.
Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all
candidates. Reporting on daily basis to the manager in command
with the necessary details.
