Iam from middle class family from Tanzania , i joined loyola college to pursue BCA i completed 2010 and join immediate MBA finance Pondicherry Twinning Programme.During my 2nd year in BCA i and my class mate ronald paul from coimbatore we started a company.till date we proceed.

Deadlines

We work under priority and sometimes we outsource some tasks to many small companies.For instance Printing we do not need to have printers and other machinery we design and print some where else.

Difficulties in web development.

Sometimes the clients requirements are very complicated and sometimes some clients do not have knowledge in websites or technologies so they give wrong requirements.
Also it's hard to work on multitask if you have less developers

I think web dev department should be out sourced to other party ,as organization which does not deal with development it does not need the web development department.
