Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I served Indian Air Force from 1976 to 1991 for 15 years there after I I have been working with Educational institutions in Admin profile for last 20 years. One son is serving in Indian Air Force. One son Completed MBA (Aviation Management) working with MakeMyTrip. Daughter MBA (HRM)working.

Advice For New Professionals:

The adventure is not in being a Manager but being Manager in the right organization. There are many Managers who may not fit in their managerial skills and absolute powers required for their position. As we know managerial skills and absolute powers are two sides of same coin.

Role Model:

I wish I could be Padma Bhushan Shri Shiv Nadar. He is determined to give back to the society that supported him, Shiv Nadar has been supporting many significant social causes through the Shiv Nadar Foundation. His Foundation has created and is running “VidyaGyan” schools in Uttar Pradesh.

Done Differently:

I would like to set-up an exclusive girls inter college for poorest of poor girls of my distt. Budaun in UP where all expenses will be borne by an education trust.

Degrees That Matter:

Its purely fire in my belly and my strong determination.
